At NorthVibe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, you may request a return or exchange within the allowed timeframe.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
Free of odors (perfume, detergent, body scent)
In perfect condition
Free of stains or damage
With original tags
In original packaging, if possible
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
For hygiene and production reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Final sale items
Ultra-limited editions (if stated at purchase)
Return shipping may be at the customer’s expense unless we made a mistake.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges are possible depending on stock availability.
If the desired size or color is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.
To begin a return:

Include your order number and reason for the return
Follow the instructions we send you
Ship the item within the required timeframe
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return:
You will be notified of approval or denial
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
Processing time may take 3–10 business days, depending on your bank
NorthVibe is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
If an issue occurs, contact us and we’ll assist as best we can.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will resolve the issue quickly.
