During sales periods and holidays, processing may take an additional 2 to 3 business days. Holidays, weather conditions, or billing verifications may also affect processing times.

All orders are prepared and shipped from Quebec, Canada. Customers located outside of Canada may be required to pay local taxes (e.g., VAT), as well as any duties and customs fees levied by local authorities upon receipt of the package. NorthVibe is not responsible for these fees. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept full responsibility for them. No refund will be issued for orders for which customs duties and fees have not been paid. For orders shipped to Canada, applicable taxes (GST/QST or HST) are calculated at checkout.
